STEP 1: DISCOVERY+STRATEGY
This step is key. We take the time to understand your business. We want to create a flawless customer experience for your prospective customers. To do so, we need to understand your brand ethos and voice, customer pain points and your offerings. We have a streamlined onboarding process to collect your credentials, establish your aesthetic and to document your goals.
STEP 2: STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Once we've completed the discovery phase, we will develop a mood board to ensure we are capturing your aesthetic vision, a realistic timeline to complete the build, and provide a ‘to-do’ list of all assets, imagery and content needed.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
As we build out your website, we will provide previews to you in stages. During these stages you can provide feedback and approve one page at a time. This ensures that you are in the loop throughout the whole process while also guaranteeing that we are accomplishing your goals and vision.
STEP 4: LAUNCH
Once we’ve received approval of all designed pages, we will finalize the website by setting up basic SEO, pop-ups, and testing all links. You will receive a launch form where you can make the final walkthrough to approve your new, beautiful website. Once this stage is completed we will launch your website! All website packages include support videos for your reference as well as support from our team for up to 4 weeks post-launch.

You will also receive 1-month of complimentary support from our team post-launch.
