Our company word of the year is "nurture".

This word is also my personal word of the year.
We've spent the past 4 years in hustle mode, and there is always a time and place, but this year, we are going to be intentional about pausing, taking a breath, and nurturing.

We strive to:
▪️ nurture our current and new clients by giving them our dedicated, intentional focus
▪️ nurture the team by providing support, educational resources, competitive pay, and plenty of time off to live life
▪️ commit to nurturing ourselves by enforcing boundaries, being self-aware of our limits, and protecting our energy

The more I can care for myself as a leader, the better I can nurture my team.
The more team is nurtured, the better they can nurture our clients.
The more our clients are nurtured, the better they can serve their people.
